MY JOURNEY…

Human design is the study of our individual selves. And it’s the study of our Energetics along with the Energetics of those who surround us.

Human Design aims to give you a clearer idea of your energy and your innate gifts. It’s less of a forecast, and more tells you what your soul’s blueprint is, thus giving you permission to live life in a more aligned and authentic way.

4 years ago I stumbled upon Human Design through Kari Russell. It was the start of the pandemic and I felt something missing. Did I truly understand myself? Why did I feel like I stood out from the crowd? I felt that now was a better time than ever to look into the inner workings of me. Maybe heal some traumas I never really dealt with.

I was immediately hooked. I had not only my own body graph but my entire family and friends too. It was fascinating because so much of it made sense. Even when I found out I typed in my wrong birth time for the first 6 months, making my chart very wrong and being very burnt out from embracing the wrong energy type (more on that another day). It still resonated because the rest of my bodygraph barely changed. So when I found out I was a projector I cried, it all finally came full circle and made sense, I felt so seen!

Fear kept me from sharing much of this with the world. Do I even know enough? What are people going to think?

Finally, my passion took over and the excitement took over and a name came through me like a tidal wave; The Social Connection HD.

I am a 5/2 self-projected projector and I am your Human Design Expert + Reflexologist + Reiki Practionier + Soul Coaching® Oracle Card Reader + Healy Dealer.

Soul Coaching® Oracle Card Reading came a bit later on. I was using Oracle Cards during my daily rituals until one day I started to share this modality with friends and family. The cards spoke for themselves, I could see and feel how those close to me were resonating with the cards.

I had been practicing for just over 1 year before I decided that I needed to fully understand them, I needed to learn from the best and ensure that I was working with the cards properly and respectfully.

I spent the spring and summer of 2022 investing in myself and my learnings, taking part in a Soul Coaching® Oracle Card Reading Certification from world-renowned Reader Denise Linn. It was magical, inspirational, and completely in alignment with my own soul’s purpose.

Healy & Bioenergetic Frequencies came into my vision in August 2022 as I was continuing on my self-discovery journey. A close Projector friend of mine introduced me to the Healy, and now I can’t imagine my life without it,

Healy is a wearable device that uses frequency therapy to support the body's well-being and balance. It utilizes specific frequencies to target various areas of the body and has the potential to alleviate stress, promote energy flow, and enhance overall wellness.

Reiki & Energy Healing.

This modality came into my life back in 2012. I was introduced to Reiki because of some back issues I was having. I truly believe that this was when my true spiritual, woo woo, energy, whatever you’d like to call it, eyes opened up.

I took my Reiki Level 1 back in 2021 however I did not feel called to practice - I wasn't in the right capacity to do so. and thought I never would be.

Hello 2023, after a lot of releasing, healing, and personal growth, I decided to step into the energy of Reiki for the 3rd time. It was a hit! I re-did my level 1 and progressed right through level 2.

As of August 2023, I am now a fully certified Holy Fire III Reiki Practitioner.

Reiki is based on the principle that energy flows through all living beings and can become blocked or imbalanced, leading to physical, emotional, or spiritual distress. During a Reiki session, I act as a conduit for this healing energy, allowing it to flow through my hands to you, the recipient. This gentle touch helps release energetic blockages, restore balance, and support the body's natural healing processes.

Now let’s chat Reflexology! My most recent accomplishment and also my most popular session bookings.

Reflexology also came into my world in 2012 - and for that, I am so grateful. I used to receive sessions regularly from someone close to me who was practicing. The benefits were instant! But remember, the holistic world was new to me back then, so I ended up forgetting about this modality for many years.

Hello summer of 2023 - when a Reiki & Reflexology educational opportunity kind of fell on my lap. I swear the universe knew. So I leaped and dove head first into my studies and practical just trusting that this was for me. Truly having no idea logically if it was.

But of course it was - my inner knowing, my years of Human Design embodiment led me right to where I needed to be.

With a lot of determination, a lot of long days with practical clients, and a lot of long days with my head in the books, I am now a fully certified Reflexologist.

I absolutely love what I do and I love mixing all of the modalities together to serve all of you. If you’d asked me 5 years ago, where I’d be today. Never in 1,000,000 years would I guess this. And now I can’t imagine my life any other way.
