Reflexology Sessions

  • Reflexology

A reflexology session typically lasts 50-60 minutes and involves the application of pressure to specific points on the feet. The theory behind reflexology is that these points, also known as reflexes, correspond to different organs and systems in the body.

During a session, you will remain fully clothed, except for the feet, which are accessible for me to work on.

I begin by assessing your feet to identify any areas of tenderness or congestion. I then apply pressure to these specific points, using techniques such as thumb-walking, finger-walking, and rotating movements.

The pressure applied during a reflexology session is typically firm, but I do check in on you throughout your sessions to make sure you are relaxed.

Ultimately, a 50-to-60-minute reflexology session provides an opportunity for you to relax, de-stress, and experience relief from certain physical and emotional discomforts through the application of targeted pressure to specific reflex points.

  • Reflexology & Energy Healing Combo

The Reflexology and Energy Healing combo that I offer involves a deep focus on both physical and energetic aspects of well-being. During the session, approximately 50 minutes are dedicated to reflexology, where I work on the feet to stimulate specific points and areas that correspond to different organs and systems in the body. This can help to promote relaxation, reduce tension in the body, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and many other supportive benefits.

Following your reflexology session, we then transition into an energy healing component, specifically Reiki. For about 30-40 minutes, I focus on the body's energy centers, working to clear blockages and balance the flow of energy throughout the entire body. This holistic approach aims to address not only physical discomfort but also mental, emotional, and spiritual imbalances, promoting a sense of harmony and well-being.

By combining these two modalities, you will experience a comprehensive approach to health and wellness that targets both the physical and energetic aspects of the body. This integrated session is designed to support relaxation, stress reduction, and an overall sense of balance and vitality.

Every part of the body is connected to the feet. If the feet are taken care of, the whole body is taken care of.
